The NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo returns to the District, in partnership with The Washington Informer, for two days, Jan. 12-13 at the Washington Convention Center in northwest D.C. And as the past confirms, it will be chockfull of information, activities and in a word — fun.

The primary objective of this international event – to bring greater focus to the significance and value of fitness and health for today’s society – young or old. In addition, the Expo will also make the health-conscious attendees aware of the positive changes now occurring the Greater Washington Area. which are taking place in this sector. NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo will also include well-known health care professional experts and fitness experts who will make the interested attendees aware of the latest and advanced techniques which are required for leading a healthy and better life.

Reputed organizations and fitness centers will also take an active part in this event – the largest, best-attended consumer wellness expo in the country, driving 85,000 attendees every year. And there will be fun, interactive activities for all ages; free health tests and screenings; and latest health and fitness products and services.
