(Daily Mail) – Cee Lo Green allegedly tweeted some controversial statements about rape on Monday and later deleted his Twitter account just days after pleading no contest to furnishing a woman with ecstasy.

The 39-year-old Grammy-winning singer apparently made the shocking statements while replying to Twitter users’ comments on his drug case, according to an article on Monday by BuzzFeed.

‘If someone is passed out they’re not even WITH you consciously! so WITH Implies consent,’ he tweeted. He later added: ‘People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!’

The former The Voice coach first deleted all of his tweets and later took down his whole Twitter account.
