D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser’s administration will host the second annual Fathers and Family Empowerment Day celebration Saturday at noon at the Malcolm X Opportunity Center in Southeast.
The public is invited to join the Commission on Fathers, Men and Boys for a day of family and fun that will feature free family portraits, free haircuts, live entertainment, a community cookout, health screenings, and much more.
