An affordable rental housing advocate in Prince George’s County who’s spent more than 30 years ensuring accommodations for low- and moderate-income families and individuals has been named Housing Person of the Year. Eric Brown, director of the Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development, was honored in late October during the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition’s 15-year anniversary celebration.
