Carole Webb of Samson Properties was installed as the 2026 president of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors during a ceremony attended by real estate professionals, friends and family members.

Webb’s sister, Adrienne Bossard, conducted the installation. Webb will officially assume leadership of the association Wednesday.

The ceremony also marked the installation of the 2026 board of directors as the association begins its new year focused on growth, innovation and community-building.

Under Webb’s leadership, the association will emphasize professionalism, customer service, community engagement and member support while highlighting to consumers that Realtors serve as essential partners in real estate transactions.

The event also honored Arnita Greene as the 2025 Realtor of the Year for her business achievements, commitment to the Code of Ethics, leadership and civic involvement, as well as her contributions to local, state and national association activities.

The newly elected officers include President-Elect Charnise Carter of Realty One Group Performance; Secretary Leisel L. Taylor of Keller Williams Preferred Properties; Treasurer Paul “Carlos” Lancaster of Samson Properties; and Past President Arnita Greene of Capital Structures Real Estate LLC.

New directors are Debora R. Barino of EXIT Landmark Realty; Faye Smith of Real Broker LLC; Cherice Clark of Clark Premier Realty Group LLC; Donald L. Frederick Jr. of RE/MAX United Real Estate; Willie M. Rhone of Weichert Realtors; ArLancia Williams of Keller Williams Preferred Properties; Yolanda Burgess of Platinum Partners Realty; and Carole Warren of Keller Williams Preferred Properties.
