The proposed Sphere project could boost economic growth, create jobs, and increase tax revenues. However, its success depends on financial transparency, taxpayer protection, and meaningful community benefits. Balancing economic opportunities with residents’ concerns is essential for sustainable development.

Fixing Downtown

If you want to revitalize downtown, you’ll have to rezone it, destroy it, then rebuild it into a human-scale, mixed-use, and dense-commercial neighborhood like Georgetown or Adams Morgan. Otherwise, it’ll forever remain a boring office park with fewer and fewer office jobs.
