ACE Cash Express Inc. recently donated $7,500 to the nonprofit MenzFit group to help low-income men in the D.C. and Philadelphia areas achieve long-term gainful employment and financial fitness.
Founded in 2001, with offices in DC and Philadelphia, MenzFit is an educational organization with a clientele comprised of veterans, terminated or laid-off workers, recent immigrants, recovering addicts, the disabled, homeless, ex-offenders and public assistance recipients.
“For nearly a decade, we have enjoyed a wonderful partnership with ACE Cash Express,” said MenzFit President Rhonda Willingham. “We are very appreciative of the continued support that ACE has given our organization as we strive to help men to become financially fit.”
ACE is an Irving, Texas-based payday loan company with 12 locations in the District and more than 1,000 locations nationwide.
MenzFit has been a partner of ACE for almost 10 years as part of the company’s corporate-giving program, the ACE Community Fund.
