Two senators — Cory Booker of New Jersey and Kamala Harris of California — will serve as honorary co-chairs of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Inc.’s 48th Annual Legislative Conference scheduled Sept. 12-16 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Northwest.
