The American Black Film Festival (ABFF) was held June 15 through 19 in Miami, FL. This year ABFF celebrated it’s 20th anniversary and Rapper/Poet, Actor, and Activist Common served as the 2016 festival ambassador. The ABFF is a five-day event, committed to recognizing directors, screenwriters and actors in the entertainment business and delivering films made by and about people of African descent to audiences all over the world.
