The Prince George’s Animal Services Facility and Adoption Center has resumed dog adoptions and viewings after a two-day quarantine to contain a mysterious ailment among dogs, and is urging pet owners to keep their animals up to date on vaccinations and avoid communal water bowls to prevent the spread of illness.
