Prince George’s leaders joined churches, schools and the county police department Saturday for the annual “Thanksgiving Baskets Giveaway,” distributing over 900 turkeys at four different locations. Class Act Productions CEO and President Karen McConnell-Jones, who has been the drive’s chief coordinator for the past five years, said the event is committed to helping others more than ever before.
