Terence Sutton and Andrew Zabavsky, the two officers convicted for their cover-up of the vehicular pursuit that killed Karon Hylton-Brown, have been reinstated by the Metropolitan Police Department, despite concerns from Karon’s mother, Karen Hylton, that they were falsely identified as illegal immigrants to obtain a pardon from President Donald Trump.
