Dozens of world leaders will be attending the NATO Summit in Washington, D.C. this week, causing traffic disruptions and closures of roads, sidewalks, and metro stations, with the Federal Triangle station closed until 11 p.m. Tuesday and Mount Vernon station closed until 5 a.m. Friday.
