BUSINESS EXCHANGE: Is Diddy’s NFL Talk Just Hot Air?

by William Reed January 17, 2018October 31, 2020

The Carolina Panthers football team is for sale, and several high-profile Blacks have offered to join an ownership group to make a bid. Among them is Sean “Diddy” Combs, who hopes to remedy the league’s lack of minority owners by throwing his hat into the ring.

Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart ran for 132 yards in the Panthers' 26-15 win over the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland, on Dec. 20.
