Black Californians United for Early Care and Education (BlackECE) is a coalition of advocates, policy-influencers, civil rights organizations, researchers, university faculty, non-profit leaders, early educators, caregivers, providers, families, and community-based organizations, working to remove barriers and racial compensation gaps in the early education system and ensure that Black children and families are provided with equitable and culturally affirming spaces.
