Howard University’s Wonder Plaza, home to a variety of restaurants, will be demolished to make way for the Fusion Building, a mixed-use development that will include student housing, retail, and a dining hall, while the restaurants on the strip, including Negril Jamaican Eatery and The Potbelly, will close, but Negril is set to reopen at a new location on Georgia Avenue and Columbia Road.
