The 16th Annual Pink Hat Tea, hosted by the Pearl and Ivy Educational Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Xi Omega Chapter, raised scholarship funds for college-bound D.C. students with a hat fashion show and special speakers.
