Participants in the Digital Empowerment Day on April 24 at the Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial Library in Northwest can register to receive a free refurbished Chromebook from the D.C. Department of Small and Local Business Development, the D.C. Public Library, and the Mayor’s Office of Returning Citizens Affairs.
