Over 500 guests attended the 15th annual Pink Hat Tea Scholarship Fundraiser Luncheon hosted by the Pearl and Ivy Educational Foundation, Inc. to celebrate Black fashion, music, scholarship, entrepreneurship, and resilience, and raise funds for scholarships for students from the District of Columbia.
