The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) will host a ceremonial swearing-in for current and newly-elected Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members of the 116th Congress on Thursday, Jan. 3 during which a milestone of unprecedented proportion will be achieved.
