D.C. State Board of Education Vice President Jacque Patterson is recommending a resolution to hold the D.C. government accountable for providing every public school student with a high-quality education, and is calling for an amendment to the D.C. Home Rule charter to codify the District’s obligation to provide a high-quality education to all public school students.
