Harry Williams Begins Tenure as Leader of Thurgood Marshall College Fund

Dr. Harry L. Williams officially began his tenure as president and CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) on Tuesday, following an extensive search of more than 200 candidates.
