Tez’Ziah Ransford, a fifth grade graduate from John H. Ketcham Elementary School, received a folder from substitute teacher Emma P. Ward containing Black history facts relevant to her week of birth, and both Tez’Ziah and Noah Jones emphasized the importance of Black history and their plans to teach others about it.
