‘Our Silence Will Not Protect Us’: New Report Tracks Growing Assault on Protest Rights

The Advancement Project has released a report highlighting the 103 anti-protest bills passed or introduced since January 2024, which threaten the right to assemble and silence dissent, particularly in communities of color, and urges people to continue organizing and pushing for protective laws.
