Angela Alsobrooks’ election to the Senate has opened up the position of Prince George’s County Executive, with Council Chair Jolene Ivey, former County Executive Rushern Baker, State’s Attorney Aisha Braveboy, and At-Large Councilmember Calvin Hawkins expressing interest in the seat.
