Kennedy Center Postpones, Cancels Marquee Events Amid Pandemic

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has pushed back several events scheduled for this year to 2021 or canceled them outright due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the center announced Tuesday.

Comedian Dave Chappelle accepts the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on Oct. 27 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The show will air on PBS in January. (Shevry Lassiter/The Washington Informer)
