The Dyer Care Center, a new 24-hour mental health facility in Prince George’s County, Maryland, has opened to provide services for adults experiencing behavioral health episodes and offer immediate stabilization, while the Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility and Adoption Center has waived adoption fees and is offering free spaying and neutering services to qualifying residents.
