Less than two weeks after he was sentenced to serve three to 10 years in prison on sexual assault charges, disgraced entertainer Bill Cosby’s attorneys are asking for a modified sentence, saying that the trial judge erred in declaring their client a violent predator who must be imprisoned to protect the community.
