Responding to increasing pressure from the family of 19-year-old Anton Black and an expansive community-based coalition the town of Greensboro, Maryland, announced Thursday evening it has retained independent legal counsel and placed Thomas Webster IV on administrative leave pending completion of the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit investigation into the September death of Black.
