The DMV Fine Arts Honor Awards will be held on April 5 to celebrate the beauty and breadth of the Washington metropolitan area’s African American community, with scholarships to support youth from DC Prep, KIPP DC, the Urban Hip Hop Choir and Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
