Less than a day after the Congressional Budget Office released an analysis of the American Health Care Act of 2017, three House Republicans, Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.) Leonard Lance (R-N.J.) and Rob Wittman (R-Va.), said that they would vote against the new GOP health bill.
