Glenn Ivey is planning to travel to El Salvador to conduct a welfare check on Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Beltsville resident who was wrongly deported to Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT) in El Salvador, after being denied access to Abrego Garcia by Salvadoran officials.
