Two Israeli Embassy staffers, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, were fatally shot outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., in a targeted act of terrorism, and the shooter, Elias Rodriguez, was apprehended and implied he committed the offense while in custody.
