Bipartisan Effort Seeks to Protect Workers and Crack Down on Child Labor Violations

Sens. Cory Booker and Josh Hawley have introduced the Faster Labor Contracts Act to accelerate contract negotiations for newly formed unions and prevent corporations from using delay tactics to weaken collective bargaining, while also reintroducing legislation to bar companies from receiving federal contracts if they have been found to have committed serious, repeated, or pervasive violations of child labor laws.
