To encourage unison among the more than 1,300 Democrats in primary contests throughout Maryland, party Chairwoman Kathleen Matthews said the gubernatorial campaigns agreed to immediately endorse the June 26 winner and participate the next day in Annapolis for a unity press conference “at Larry Hogan’s doorstep.”
