The bank is amplifying the impact of supplier diversity by fostering deeper relationships with underrepresented businesses and encouraging top suppliers to develop their own diversity programs. Nearly 90% of JPMorgan Chase’s top suppliers have committed to increasing spend with diverse businesses, contributing to over $6 billion in new expenditure.
