Rohulamin Quander, a retired judge, family historian, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. member, died at the age of 81, leaving behind a legacy of preserving and sharing the stories of his enslaved ancestors and free people of color who served the George Washington family at Mount Vernon Plantation.
