Prince George’s County Rushern L. Baker III and dozens of state and county officials and business leaders braved the rain Friday to celebrate the opening of a bridge in Riverdale Park and the groundbreaking of Topgolf, a golf entertainment complex in Oxon Hill that will house driving ranges, a restaurant and a bar.
