House Votes to Replace Bust of Dred Scott Author with One of Thurgood Marshall at U.S. Capitol

The House has voted to remove a bust of former Supreme Court Justice Roger Taney, who authored the Dred Scott decision, and replace it with a likeness of Thurgood Marshall.
