The 15th Annual Power of a Dream Gala was held Tuesday, May 3rd at the Renaissance Hotel in Northwest at 6:30 pm. CEO and Founder Wintley Phipps mission is to provide children of incarcerated parents with a safe after school environment for DreamKids to explore and expand their futures, and to pursue academic excellence. The annual event honors extraordinary men and women who have achieved their dreams, and have helped others to accomplish their dreams too.
