The Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition will host its inaugural Earth Day 5K and Green Expo on April 19, while the Anacostia Riverkeeper will host a river cleanup and the University of the District of Columbia will host a family-friendly Earth Day celebration at the East Capitol Urban Farm.
