Maryland officials have taken action against Prosperity Partners Inc. and Prosperity Medical and Health LLC for soliciting investments promising a monthly return of 6% a month, and Finish Werks Corp. and Finish Werks Custom Builders, Inc. for unfair and deceptive practices.
