โ€œThe Viewโ€ co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro have been approved to return to the ABC daytime talk show after false positives for COVID-19 tests caused the showโ€™s producers to yank the two from the set just moments before an interview with Vice President Kamala Harris.

The co-hostsโ€™ positive test results were announced live on air Friday moments after their removal.

However, one show insider said officials at ABCโ€™s parent company Disney said the co-hosts have since been cleared to come to work Monday, with no quarantining requirements, the New York Postโ€™s Page Six reported.

Hostin and Navarro were incensed their coronavirus results were announced on-air without their permission.

โ€œIt was not OK,โ€ another insider said, Page Six reported. โ€œThey made the decision to reveal their COVID-19 results in the heat of the moment when they shouldโ€™ve gone to a commercial break.โ€
