Leaders of the St. Elizabeth East Redevelopment Project and area residents gathered to discuss the positive developments taking place at the St. Elizabeths East campus, including the construction of the new Congress Heights Library, two mixed-use residential developments, and the existing retail, entertainment, and health facilities.
