The Capital City Go-Go, the Washington Wizards’ G League affiliate, provided a “Go-Go’n Home for the Holidays”-themed game against Raptors 905 at St. Elizabeths Entertainment and Sports Complex in southeast D.C. on Saturday.

As part of the promotion, the concourse at the arena was filled with holiday decorations, including a menorah in recognition of Hanukkah and an appearance by Santa Claus 30 minutes prior to the 7 p.m. tipoff. Santa Claus reappeared on the concourse at halftime, joined by carolers and a Tap Snap photo booth for fans to take and receive special holiday card photos.

In-game entertainment included holiday music during game breaks and holiday contests with prizes, including a special edition Go-Go ugly sweater holiday shirt. A special performance by the Wizdom, the Wizards’ senior dance team, took place at halftime as well.
