The Washington Commanders will hold their fourth consecutive training camp at the team’s Ashburn, Virginia, headquarters this summer, offering fans multiple opportunities to watch practices for free.
The team announced six practice sessions open to the public, with three available to all fans on July 27, July 29 and Aug. 2, and three additional sessions reserved for select season ticket holders on July 28, July 31 and Aug. 4. All practices begin at 9 a.m. and are subject to change.
Fans can claim up to six free tickets and one parking pass for a single day through Commanders.com/TrainingCamp. Gates open at 8 a.m., with parking lots opening at 7:30 a.m. at the OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park. All attendees must have a parking pass to access the lot.
The Commanders will also participate in a joint practice with the New England Patriots on Aug. 6 at 10:15 a.m. on the grass fields behind Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Information about attending that practice is available at Patriots.com/TrainingCamp.
Bank of America, Clark Construction and Pepsi are sponsoring the 2025 training camp.
The team has scheduled several special events throughout camp. On July 27, the Commanders will participate in the NFL’s “Back Together Weekend” with family activities including a kids zone, meet-and-greets with team legends, appearances by mascot Major Tuddy and the Command Force cheerleaders, and giveaways.
Aug. 2 will feature a “Kids Zone” with Play60 activities, face painting and balloon artists. The team will also host Military Appreciation Day on Aug. 10, presented by USAA, inviting thousands of local service members, veterans and their families for an exclusive practice through the Washington Salute military appreciation club.
Season ticket holders will have access to private practices based on their membership level: Ultra members on July 28, Business Network members on July 31, and Friends & Family members on Aug. 4.
The training center will feature merchandise sales including NFL-licensed apparel and official training camp gear. A Food Truck Village, supported by Pepsi, will offer food and beverage options featuring local Pepsi Food Service Partners.
The team’s “COMMAND CENTER Training Camp Live” coverage will provide weekly shows with live analysis from Washington legends and on-field action from camp.
