Cuba Gooding, Jr. no longer has a warrant out for his arrest, but New Orleans police department spokesperson Frank Roberson told ABC News the actor will appear in court Friday morning and is expected to plead no contest after allegedly pushing a female bartender.

Gooding’s publicist said the “Red Tails” actor, “his representative and the New Orleans authorities met this morning and are moving swiftly to resolve this misunderstanding.” Gooding’s lawyer did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
