D.C.’s annual Capital Pride Parade, a landmark event celebrating the spirit and strength of the city’s LGBTQ community, will be held Saturday in Northwest.

The parade, which begins at 4:30 p.m., starts at 23rd and P streets and travels through Dupont Circle and 17th Street, ending in the Logan Circle neighborhood.

The event will include floats, vehicles, walkers, and entertainment. A sign language interpreter will be available at the 15th and P streets review stand.

Parade participants must enter the staging area on foot at 23rd and N streets and walk to the staging location between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
