D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Commission on Fathers, Men and Boys invite the public to Kenilworth Recreation Center on Saturday for the third annual Father’s Day celebration.
The 11 a.m. free event will feature live performances by Backyard Band, Future Band and DJ Setfire. There will also be free food and free haircuts provided by local vendors.
The event will kick off with a special Father’s Day 5k Fun Run/Walk at Kenilworth Park. Interested families and individuals can sign up at https://fathersday5k.splashthat.com.
