Voters across Washington, D.C. will have multiple opportunities to hear directly from candidates ahead of the June 16, 2026, primary election.
The Washington Informer has compiled a running schedule of candidate forums and debates taking place throughout April and May, covering key races including mayor, U.S. House delegate, attorney general, and D.C. Council.
Events produced or sponsored by The Washington Informer include:
• April 30: Congressional Candidate Forum hosted by the Council for Court Excellence at THEARC
• May 2: U.S. House Delegate and Mayoral Debate at George Washington University’s Jack Morton Auditorium, livestreamed by The Washington Informer
• May 14: U.S. House Delegate Debate hosted by Spotlight DC
Additional forums and debates will take place across the city throughout May, including mayoral, council, and districtwide races.
